Wallet Debit - callBack

This is callBack API for Cash deposit operation on AEPS. This is pre-notification to the partner where to debit wallet amount from customer wallet.

Partner shall return success = 1 in case of successful wallet debit along with respective message
Partner shall return success = 0 in case of failure during the debit along with respective message
