Website, APP as an Intermediary Platform
The Website and App is a platform that Users utilize to obtain prepaid mobile tariff information for all circles and operators in India. We may help you get tariff plans and DTH customer information by sending out prepaid numbers and customer id to direct operator or third party recharge providers of your choice. We are merely facilitating the transfer of recharge details to the third party providers, and we are not a party to such interaction and take no liability that arises from any such transaction.
The API response provide to the terms and conditions where Nowpay will not be responsible on provided response data on wrong recharge plans getting displayed. We are as Nowpay just interface bus system between requester and response provider.
AS part of this API, customer or agent or partner will get the offers specific to prepaid number.
